dealership made incorrect key for my car which has immobilized my car

onI drove my 1999 toyota solara to dealership to get a key made. Dealership made incorrect key which has immobilized my car. Dealership said they will not fix it. Therefore my car needs a new ECU which is over 800.00 to fix. Customer service managers Joe Valadez, Kevin Smith, Robert Detweiler have all wash thier hands with this. Even the district manager has said no he will not help me. Although they will not let me speak to district manager. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE OR YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE!
