Oil change was fast and professional

Q the service advisor was professional and got me in and out quickly. They rotated my tires and had somehow picked up a screw in my tire, but Q caught the technician and even though it was after closing they patched the tire at no charge. Accidents happen, but they resolved the issue quickly and took ownership of the situation.
