Bad Customer Service

onThe service rep ( the guy inside the Toyota service garage) I was assigned to someone that seemed he did not want to work that day. I asked how long the wait was for a Diagnostic for my car , and said 1hr or so.. After 2 hrs later , finally a Diagnostic that I had to ask the questions, the rep didn't even want to explaine what my car problem was. He just handed me the paper and said if I wanted it fixed. No explanation of what was going on. I never want to deal with this man. Only saw the first name of Courtney...
