Dealership Service Review
I was traveling for work and had to have my car towed here because of a misfire. Not only did I have to have a car with less than 10,000 miles on it towed, the staff didn’t seem concerned with making sure I had transportation. After I finally got a rental, I was ghosted. I needed to leave the area for work and was not able to communicate with the service advisor on when I could expect my car to be done. I would call and leave messages that would not get returned. I would call to speak to managers and be put on hold for over an hour. My car was dropped of on 11/22 and after spending hours and countless phone calls trying to reach someone, I finally got a manager to get my service advisor to call me back on 11/28. No one could tell me what was wrong with my vehicle and then when they finally did they said they were waiting on a part and not sure when it would be in. Prior to that, the receptionist (who was the only nice person that seemed to care how I was being treated) said the part was ordered and was there waiting to be installed. Everyone had a different story. After the service advisor was called out on this information , all of the sudden that part was there and my car would be ready the next day. On top of all of the this, then rental I was provided had bad tires and the tps light was on within 20 min of me having the vehicle. I had to go to another Toyota dealership to have in my replaced because Toyota care would only put on a spare. I spent 4 hours waiting to have a tire replaced while I had my two dogs. Another dealership another problem. Finally, I was called saying my car was ready so I had to take a day off work to drive across the state and get my vehicle. I have to stay out of my 4 interactions with Toyota every dealership has been worse than the last and quite frankly I regret not staying with Honda.
