Dealership Service Review
I have been here two times in the last few months once for a break and tire replacement and once for an oil change. I worked with Terrence this time. Terrance told me it would be no more than an hour for my oil change which it was an hour. Exactly as stated. After sitting in the waiting area for a while I went out to check with Terrance on my cars progress. He was on the phone which I waited until he was done then he rudely stated that I was rushing him and he can’t do a good job if he was being rushed. I only asked how my car was doing or if it would be a little longer so that I could inform my childcare that I would be late. He wasn’t very nice through the process. I didn’t ask them to hurry or anything I simply wanted an update for which I was met with rude comments. If I go back I definitely won’t be going back to Terrance’s service desk. He was also rude to the next lady behind me as I was walking away. All others who were in the waiting room were kindly given updates but Terrance seemed “too busy” to have good customer service.
