AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road
Dealership Service Review
I had an appointment on June 23 @5:45pm, and because they closed at 7:00pm they rushed me out and told me nothing was wrong with my car. On July 24 @1:15pm, and didn’t leave until 6:30pm. Not meant I waited with a toddler for those hours. I brought my car to service to department to get my tires looked at on removing my tires one of the mechanics broke my valve stem. My valve stem wasn’t broken prior to the visit. All my car really needed was for tire pressure monitor system to be reset. They did nothing yo fix my car. I had to take it to another mechanic for him to tell me the valve stem was recently broken. He showed me the difference between a worn valve, and a freshly broken valve. Now you put me in a position to have to spend money I didn’t have to spend in the visit. I will never come/purchase from Toyota again. I’m a mother that depends on her vehicle to live, and I hate you can’t trust people to take care of your needs. I’ve purchased 5 cars from Toyota, and this is how a loyal customer. The service manger Don/Donald does not need to be managers. The service advisors name Reinaldo Glen, Dennard Addison, and Jareem Hermon need to be fired they treated me like trash. This location has no compassion, and customer service suck. WORST LOCATION IN HISTORY!
