Poor Service and service performed

onMy car came out with more issues than it came in with. I drove into the shop being able to turn the car off and on. The car battery was left drained, and additionally although the door was opened as requested, 1. the door is unable to manually lock, 2. the remote key could not open or close the doors (possibly because of the battery drainage), and 3. the window controls for all of the doors are no longer functional. I did not feel this group is committed to excellence in the way my car was handled, and I feel mistreated since I now have to deal with a vehicle with more defects than I started out with.
