The service rep was great however the Technician didn’t put my cabin filter in and left it on my seat stating that my key wouldn’t open the glove box which was false. The service advisor had to go get the Technician as i was about to checkout, after finally putting my cabin filter in the Technician didn’t replace the parts back in my glove box and just shoved my important papers into the glove box. The technician was very unprofessional.
