Long wait for routine service

Overall Staff friendly like always. However much longer wait time than usual. I had a 7:45 am appt was told at 10 some additional recommendations that were important then didn't finish until 12:30. Minimal communication given on updates. This isn't normal so am guessing they may have been short staffed this day.
