Terrible experience

Scheduled recall repair two weeks in advance. Having cleared my morning schedule, I made the 40-minute drive to the location for my 7:30am appointment. After 10 minutes in the waiting room I was told that they did not have the part available, but it would be there the next day. In other words, after having this scheduled for two weeks, they were not at all ready for me. And I was unable to clear another half day on such short notice. Was told later on the phone that I would be contacted to reschedule. I have heard nothing. It has been a week now . . .
