Bad Service

onHad bad experience this time. Dropped off my car at 7:20 am for an oil change. I was supposed to receive a phone call when car was done and ready for pick up. 1:45 pm left a message for the service dept requesting status on my car. 3:30 pm I called again and no one answered. Called again and select option like if I was going to make an appt and the lady that answered tried to connect me with the service dept but had no luck. At 4:07 got phone call from adviser who told me he THOUGHT he called and left message earlier. Beside all that, the sticker placed in my car for the next oil change was incorrect, it is listing over 300,000 miles more for my next oil change. Very Frustrated.
