To Whom It May Concern, This is to share our appreciation for the customer service provided to us by Alex Demmings at the Autonation Toyota dealership in Lithia Springs. Specifically, Alex has been promptly responsive to all inquiries including texts, emails and phone calls. He also has been appropriately willing to reach out to management whenever clarification has been needed. Our search for a truck has taken approximately six weeks and the working relationship with Alex is far above that of other dealerships which had vehicles we were interested in. Because he has been so professional, polite and respectful in all dealings and a pleasure to work with in comparison to others, we were committed to try to buy a vehicle from this young man if possible.
