John Melchiore did an excellent job of making the purchase easy after the Subaru of Kennesaw internet sales group enabled us to contact him and set up an appointment. The negotiation was straightforward, and Mike Deem did a very professional job of describing potential warranty programs. Paperwork processing was simple and efficient.
