I made the deal over the phone; Stephanie returned all my calls and answered my questions efficiently and quickly. When I arrived to purchase the Outback, happily, there were no surprises. No last-minute adders or attempts to sell me fabric protectant. Very satisfied with the experience; especially after getting jerked around by the Suburu dealer in Tampa, FL.
