onRecently returned to Jim Ellis Service Department for Express Service to replace a brake lamp and had the best experience...I was in, serviced and out in a time that was certainly what I consider "express" as well as handled as all valued customers should. I truly appreciate the attention by James and Glenn and the rest of the Service Advisor Team while in that day. I quickly built trust during my time working with Glenn; a very uncommon result when it comes to car service/repairs. In the end, I WILL be back!
