TDi Software Update & Recall Notice

I was participating in the VolksWagen 2.0 Liter Diesel Recall Settlement, and the software update was performed at Jim Ellis VolksWagen in Kennesaw, GA. At the same time, they also took care of a recall notice on the same vehicle (2014 Jetta TDi Sport Wagon), to replace the Snow Flap on the Inlet Air Box Housing. Both items were taken care of in less than one day, and a loaner vehicle was provided so that I was not stuck at their facility for the duration of the repair. I was advised of the progress that was taking place and notified when the car was available for pickup at the end of the repairs.
