I purchased a vehicle late last year, but began having issues with it shortly afterwards. After several visits (oil changes, regular maintenance, along with purchasing an extended warranty, the problem still existed. So I approached my service advisor John White about my future concerns for my 2019 Terrain. From there, he spoke with the necessary individuals, which enabled me to changed/swapped my vehicle to another Terrain which was brand new. The transition went smooth, professional, not time consuming, yet flexible for my schedule. So with the assistance from my service advisor John White, along with Amadeo Lathion, Client Advisor.....my total Satisfaction was ultimately the end result.
