I took my RDX in for new tires and scheduled maintenance. The price that they had quoted me for my new tires was very competitive relative to non-dealership prices. I also had several scheduled routine maintenance items completed. Alexa (Lex) Harris was my Service Advisory and she thoroughly explained to me exactly what they were going to do and exactly how much it was going to cost. Lex was great and exemplified what a Service Adviser should be. This is the 3rd RDX that I have purchased from this dealership and I couldn't be happier. I have never taken my cars anywhere else for service!
