As usual, I had a great experience in the service department at Acura of Columbus in Columbus, GA. My service representative, Steve, was friendly, responsive to my concerns, and demonstrated knowledge in answering my questions. He escorted me to a comfortable area with drink and snack choices to wait while my car was being serviced. My wait time was appropriate and I was very pleased with the work done. I was especially pleased that my car had been cleaned on the inside and outside. Acura of Columbus has great customer service.My service representative, Steve, is the best part of that service.
