This was an emergency repair and I had a very busy work schedule. Steve got me in for a 10:30 AM appointment but I arrived early since I could set up my computer in the waiting area and work (very comfortable). Steve took me right away, diagnosed, serviced and washed the car early and completing it by about 10:30 AM - saved me a HUGE amount of time and got me back at work in Atlanta by noon. Car runs great. Well done!!
