Purchased an '15 Optima from this dealer and from start to finish, very pleased with the process. Haven't been car shopping in some time and was not looking forward to the process but John B. made it enjoyable. From the first time meeting with him to the last, he did not once pressure us or rush us into a decision but rather suggested we take our time and do our research all the while answering every question we had. He reached out to us only to answer our questions, unlike the many salesmen at other dealerships that hounded us and continue to do so, which we appreciated greatly. Very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable during the entire process, even continuing to help us through the financing process where we felt very fortunate again in dealing with Frank. Frank gave us many options and listened to what we wanted, didn't have his own agenda. In the end, we walked out with the car that we wanted and enjoyed the process as well. We would definitely recommend this dealer to both family and friends and suggest they ask for both John and Frank.
