pretty bad experience- you can do better

dislikes: the most egregious one: didn't honor agreement; charged more when car came in doc fees are extremely high complete disdain for customer and condescending (the Kia Telluride is a hot car; their repeated attitude was - if you don't want the car, someone else will buy it in ten minutes) price gouging likes they didn't mess up the order?
