Disrespecrful

onWhile being checked out in the service department one of the service employees decided to wait on a friend who walked in more than 5 minutes after me and felt that it was okay. I know this because he had the audacity to say "he has been waiting to get his vehicle". I went to speak to Ms. Hensley and was informed by the general manager that she was out. I left my contact information and I' m still waiting to hear from her 2 week later.

Because of your user name, we cannot be assured who you are but Kathy Hensley recalls an incident that is familiar to what you are talking about and she did call you back and leave a message explaining that there was no attempt to cut in line by the other customer. The customer that was checked out before you had been served prior to your coming to the desk. Their car had already been pulled into the service lane so was further along in the checkout process. We are sorry you felt you were overlooked, but please be assured that you weren't.
