We worked with Nicole and she was amazing. She is very knowledgeable on the many different used cars they had on the lot and helped us find the exact amenities we were looking for in our new to us vehicle. Jeff in Finance was so extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well. They both went above and beyond. We discovered on the second day of owning our vehicle that there was an issue. The check engine light came on. We hit the On-Star button (we had a free trial) and they told us it was a fault int he engine cooling system. Sure enough, the temperature gauge was not reading at all. It was 5:45 on a Friday night and they told us to bring it right to them. We did, and they had a loaner vehicle waiting for us! It turns out the sensor was bad. They replaced it free of charge under their 3 month/3k mile warranty on their used cars. And we had a loaner all weekend. Although we wanted to be driving our new car, we were thankful they did that for us! We will definitely be back when it is time for our next car. We are now customers for life!
