All Good Things Come In The End

I would like to make a few lines on your service department and mechanics. Vladimir Kochubey is the start of this. I have close outside friends that are not as sincere / truthful / patient with all things as Vladimir Kochubey is. I am a proud Jin Ellis Chevy owner (2008 silver HHR SS) and would by a new one if made on 2017 or just a silver Equinox SS 6 calendar would be nice. Back to the service; And that is the thing that keeps me coming back to Jim Ellis. I build oil refineries all over the world I know about mechanical things very much (they malfunction / they break ...it gets replaced....this is it) It is not much more complicated as that. So even if the parts wear out what is the magnetically attraction I have with Chevy /and Jim Ellis......... it may take longer to actually fix the broken part or find the malfunction. Bottom line it got done correctly in the end. So it ran over schedule and the problem couldn't be found in a short time. The dedication I got when the head mechanic drove my car for a week to Ellis and back to his home on a daily basis to find the problem....THAT IMPRESSED ME.... Also did I say I build oil refinery's ...I DONT IMPRESS EASY, MY JOB REQUIRES THIS / VERY PICKY. I don't complement often unless it is absolutely due. The head mechanic didn't find the exact problem ( ele. power steering assist shutdown symptom) Although I was informed by Vladimir Kochubey he disconnected & reconnected every electrical "multipin connection" he could find. In this lengthy process, of 8 days. the problem disappeared. When I got back from Romania / India and drove the SS for a month it never did malfunction again. I would of been happy to pay for what was done, although there was no technical diagnosis on the problem or replaced parts. For the mechanic it didn't pay.(he didn't make any money) I forget the head mechanics name, Vladimir Kochubey remembers this head mechanic and the situation. Dedication.....you can not buy this dedication.....this is "born in to your people"....... it is always perfect in the end. Because you, Jim Ellis you have been selective of the people you have working for you. This reason I will buy another Chevy from you ....service. The wife wants a tiny jeep thing...that is not happening. I Seriously think on a silver Equinox 6 cylendar (with all the goodies) ......praying for a SS 2017....Please build one Chevy. A happy for the moment Chevy owner Kim Bryan Cooley
