I just purchased a 2025 BMW X5 xdrive 40i from Braman BMW. I had an outstanding salesperson, Rose Washington, who was so very helpful in explaining everything about the car to help me to decide on the options for my new car. She couldn’t have been more helpful in this process or more pleasant to work with. Additionally, the sales manager, Adrianna Carelli, helped so much in making a deal that was mutually beneficial. Also, just a pleasure to work with before and after the sale like Rose. When I picked up the X5, I was assisted by BMW Genius, Kasin. I had read the entire manual and watched many YouTube videos to be ready to set the electronics up myself, but Kasin just zipped through the options and made the process so easy. It is so good to know that he will be available if I have a future issue or question. Buying a car from the right dealer is probably more important than finding a better price. The purchase process is relatively quick, but I am confident that the Braman team will take great care of me through the whole ownership process. I am so glad I chose Braman for my new car.
