onMy vehicle was left per appointed time, didn’t hear from service department the entire day. Once I called for an update your representative totally "Gaslighted" using Covid and staffing as an excuse for not giving an update. Totally inconvenience because my vehicle was kept for 2 days...Totally unacceptable.....
