I recently had my Cadillac serviced at Autonation of Palm Beach. The service writer Wilson was extremely polite and professional, and advised me of the work being done and the cost of that work. He checked on the vehicle throughout my stay and updated me regularly, even though I was only there for less than two hours. The mechanics, Nicolas and Miguel spoke to me about work that was being done and assured me that my request were being fulfilled. The entire experience was professional and cordial.
