Oil change , air filters and tire rotation

Service advisor Wilson was professional and courteous. Took photos of air filters to show me new ones were needed. Unfortunately the sales and administration are terrible. Everyone in the waiting room with me complained that no one in sales in admin ever answer the phone or call back a voicemail.
