Salesman wasn’t available even though he set up our appointment. The sales manager saw us waiting and answered all our questions and brought another sales person to help us without any inconvenience to us. She was very professional, answered all our questions but was also very personable. We leased the vehicle and the F&I lady was the best. Helped us with everything because this was the first time we have ever leased. The only thing that bothered us a little was when we came out our sales lady was on to her next customer with our keys, belongings out of our trade etc. in her office which we had to go in to get. Kind of uncomfortable. Our car was out front without our license plate and wasn’t filled with gas like we were told. She did put our license plate on and delivered us the vehicle and truthfully we didn’t say anything about the gas. Overall we were very satisfied and would purchase a vehicle from them again.
