AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach

Usually the process for buying a car is exhausting and very time consuming. Last week I decided to buy a new car for my son so I took him to Autonation Cadillac in West Palm Beach, Fl. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by a manager then introduced to our salesman Michael Jolly. I explained what I was looking for. Model, color, and features. I was surprised that within 10 minutes the car we described was sitting at the entrance waiting for us to take it for a test drive. After the test drive we sat down and he gave us some numbers as to payments and money down. We agreed and then it's time for that long wait for the finance guy. To my surprise within a few minutes the finance guy came in to greet us and asked if everything was acceptable. After replying that so far we're ok he then invited us to his office. It only took a short time of reviewing the paperwork and signing that we were on our way home with a new car. I was so surprised how smooth things went. This was in fact a pleasant experience and i'm glad my son was there to witness what a great dealership this is. In the past going to a dealership to buy a car was an all day process and aggravating. These people made our night. I would definitely go back there for all my car needs and recommend others to stop by there also.
