Dealership Service Review
Went in for a B service and found myself with a sensor that was off the bumper that never worked correctly. The car made sudden stops many times I had the car and brought it in twice for it only to hear nothing was wrong with it. The sensor was glued back in place and then found out it was functioning. After that was replaced I drove out of your dealership only to find that my brake pad had dislodged a piece onto the rotor and all of it had to be fixed, both sides! I was told $1200 to remove both and when I asked why I was paying for it when told there was nothing wrong with the brakes I received an it has to be changed eventually. Everything is working now and I did have a loaner for almost two weeks but I still question how I paid $800 for brakes that I had no control over when the car was in your shop.
