Short response: Overall, fantastic experience with the salesman JP but was iffy with the other person in regard to the finance paperwork. Long Response: The moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. JP, the salesman, was absolutely great. Showed me the cars I wanted to test drive, the features of the cars, and test drove each car. Super friendly and knowledgeable in the cars. Even the manager came by and shook my hands. I understand that this may be a normal experience when test driving, but my first time at another car dealership was the complete opposite. Once I felt ready to buy a car, I returned and ensured JP was there. He got me the car I wanted, and I love my car so much! When signing the papers, the finance guy wasn't as helpful. My parents were with me, so I had my dad go over the papers in better detail to ensure I knew what I was signing. I wish that process was better.
