Subaru of Pembroke Pines

On 03-23-2024, I went to SUBARU OF PEMBROKE PINES to buy, at residual value, the 2021 CROSSTREK we leased from Alex Caballero (excellent salesman, professional and helpful). Our problem started with the finance agent, Glenn Martin. This is a very dishonest man, unprofessional, and just trying to scam customers. Very disappointed with his behavior. He was rude and just trying to force his will. He does not care about customers, he just cares about himself and "any" way to make a huge commission. He lacks a minimum of education and how to treat customers (I do not mean he has to be like a servant to customers, no, do not get me wrong). The time with this financial agent was the worst. I am pretty sure this man will make some customers never come back to SUBARU OF PEMBROKE PINES (even if the salesperson was awesome).
