Subaru of Pembroke Pines

Very disorganized dealership. As soon as I agreed on a price and they found out I wasn't financing with them I was waiting around for 4 hours for them to run my paperwork. The salesperson also negotiated in bad faith, claiming subaru does not offer a maintenance service package and therefore can't include this in the deal, only to find out many hours later that they do, in fact, have this program and proceeded to try to get me to sign up for it after the major paperwork was signed. During the time I was waiting they also accidentally shredded a woman's drivers license and left her high and dry, not taking any accountability. Going back into the final office it was easy to see how they managed to lose someone's license, as there was papers everywhere on the table and they'd often have to shuffle through them to find critical documents that I had given them. They also lost the keys to my trade-in vehicle at one point claiming I hadn't give them it yet. I also ended up paying way above sticker price. Overall bad experience at this dealership, although am very happy with the vehicle.
