Horrible service

onIt was poor. I had an appointment with Joshua for 4:30, and he was notified that I was there. He proceeded to assist someone else, and said give him 3 mins. Brandon was playing on his phone and said he was getting off. I spoke to Alex as he was entering the area and told him, I needed to get checked in. He instructed Brandon to do it and provide an oil change and tire rotation. Finally, Joshua said it’s ready, but we didn’t do the rotation because the front tires are a bit worn. This is unacceptable.
