Dealership Service Review
I bought a Honda Civic sports and within a week I noticed a noise on the brake system. I brought the car back to service and they said it had something loose. Once I got it back I drove around their parking lot to test it and the problem was is still there. I took the car back 3 times and they said they had somebody from Honda come in and inspect the car and according to them the car is ok. They gave me the car back and said that they can’t do anything else that if I had a complain to take up with Honda directly. Also, when I inspected my rims they had chipped them in the process when removing the two front tires. I told the service manager about the fact that they chipped the rims and if they were going to take responsibility and he said that that could have happened by a rock when driving. He was avoiding responsibility and had an attitude about it because the chipped rims are the two front wheel and they were almost identical and it’s very hard for a rock to chip the rims that way. He said he was going to find out what they could do to repair it if possible and that he would call me back. He did call back but with no solution saying that he had not gotten in contact with the person he needed to talk to so he said he would call me back again when he speaks to proper person and that’s the last time I heard from him. I believe the service manager name is Alex. Once they see you back for the same problem that they can’t figure out then is like you are a bother to them and you are a trouble maker for them. That’s how I felt when dealing with the service manager since he had an attitude towards me. So now I have a brand new car that has a brake noise and they chipped the two front rims.
