From the moment I arrived, without an appointment due to my work schedule, I was greeted very cordially by the service team. They were prompt, professional and cordial during the whole process, as they explained the procedures needed for the maintenance of my car. Kenneth, my Service Specialist, was extremely helpful, as not only he communicated while servicing my car to provide updates, but he also made sure to revise my final invoice to make sure there were not incorrect details, which he found one, and corrected immediately. To me that made me feel like a VIP since they truly showed they care about me as a valuable customer.
