Very Bad Service

on I went there to do an isnpection on my 2020 Accord. They take 5 hours just to enter the car to the shop. After all those hours they tells me the front bumper sensor was damage and thay they don't have it and has to be order. Today is Wedenesday and no one has called me to tells me how much will take to received the sensor. I just called them and the put me on hold automatic. Very bad custumer ssrvice.
