They made it right....

Won't lie, almost walked out of the service department after dealing with an unsympathetic rep... But then the manager, Sam, intercepted me. He was not just professional but really paid attention to my car concerns and then passed the rest of the service process to Steven who is also highly professional and gives very easy to understand explanation about any issues with the vehicle. Grateful for them both
