AutoNation Honda Miami Lakes

I have had bad experiences with the past two dealers that I have leased cars from, so I approached this dealership with wariness. Overall it was a good experience, with a few quirks, however: I would have wished that the salesman had known more about the vehicle's features and prices without having to consult the company's website: you have to know the product you're selling inside out. It took too long for them to make a decision on whether they would purchase my old car. The business manager was knowledgeable and was honest about the dealing. The vending machines were out of order; maybe it's a minor detail, but when you're waiting close to 5 hours somewhere, it matters. Apart from this, so far so good.
