Our car purchasing experience was time consuming, but NOT the fault of the salesman, Patrick. My wife could not decide which of the new CR-V's she was in love with. I could see Patrick was having fun showing us all of the possibilities. His title of not being a salesman, but a car locator was so true. His patience was on display at all times. My wife test drove five models with different colors and styles. The second day Patrick came up with another model and color that was perfect (in my wife's eyes). The financing, we thought, was going to be easy because we have so many discounts (AARP, AAA, Costco, Edmunds, etc.). In reality all we needed was to ask and the discount was available. Patrick came in on the third day (his day off) to explain all of the bells and whistles of our new car. We had fun. There was much laughter. Finally we ended up leasing instead of purchasing (with the advice of Carlos) and drove off the lot by only paying $1,000 up front!! Regards, John and Suzana Burry
