onMy service consutant, Steven Piech was fabulous. He explained everything in detail to me. I had an oil leak that was due to negligence for service performed by Vavoline. He provided a detailed explanation of the problem which I was able to present to Vavoline. Based on his explanation, Vavoline refunded me their service charge as well as the amount Audi charged to correct the problem. Very grateful that he went above and beyond to make sure I was treated fairly.
