Sullivan service setup a convenient date for the 20,000 mile service. In addition to the required 20,000 mile services, I asked for a cleaning of the back seat that had been treated with Armoral Protection when I leased the car. This cleaning was completed very well at no charge. The waiting time was not long and the waiting area is very comfortable.
