Overall I was impressed. It was very low key and there wasn't drastic hidden fees. They did charge Vin etching which I wouldn't have paid $200 for, if I had noticed it in time. But when you've been to as many dealers as I have over the years you become greatful for the honest dealers that aren't trying to screw you. Sullivan's is definitely a good place to buy a car. Whether new or used they treat you right.
