Dave at Sullivan Honda was informative and straightforward. We felt they made a very reasonable deal with us on a hard to find 2016 Pilot. Most dealings were done by phone, text and e-mail. No surprises when we showed up for delivery. Everything was as stated in communications. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Sullivan Honda or recommend to family and friends. By the way, we love the Pilot.
