I called the INTERNET sales manager to see if he had a vehicle to fit my needs. He said he did and he needed for me to get a buy bid on my trade. I didn't understand that... since they aren't going to take my word anyway. I also arranged my own financing but he insisted that i try getting theirs. I thought it was moving forward and he asked me to come in. When i got there he said he hadn't got a call back on my trade. I was getting upset at this point. I sat there for an hour and a half and then he comes in and tells me "That car sold and i don't have another one that will work for what you need." I had been working on this deal with him for 3 days, dropped my credit with inquiries, and drove all the way there for nothing. I felt lied to. They know how to appraise trades and what to do and they drug their feet. That night after the sales manager assured me i'd hear back from them.. he wouldn't answer the phone or call me back and tell me if they do price matching. These guys are a waste of time and do business poorly. This was an easy deal since i did all the work myself and they still couldn't close it. I'd think twice before shopping here if I were you.
