I want to share another WONDERFUL experience I had at Kirby Subaru of Ventura, when I was looking for a 2025 Forester!! Bob "Indy" Thacker, wow!! This man was born to do what he does-- and he executes his sales approach with grace, humility, and an abundance of knowledge and experience-- with zero pressure. He answered my questions before I had to ask them, and he remembered every detail of my past cars, he knew things I didn't even know about the, now four, Subarus I have found at Kirby Subaru of Ventura. It is as if he studied my purchases to know what I like and prefer so that the cars he showed me were all good candidates and I felt that he listened and remembered details that made me feel cared for and seen as a friend as well as a customer. I can't say enough about the whole team at Kirby Subaru of Ventura, even during "paperwork", Valerie Hurt, made the (usually tedious) process seamless, smooth,effecient and fun-- in and out and on the road in a sparkling black 2025 Subaru Forester. I have said it many times and I will say it again, I will never go anywhere but the Kirby Auto Group for my vehicle purchases, services and advice-- the heart of this dealership is worn on the sleeves of every team member and I respect that and feel like I can trust in my purchases as well as my saftey on the road.
