My husband and I purchased a new Subaru Outback last weekend at Kirby Subaru of Ventura and had the best experience. Robert Papandrea was a no pressure guy and gave us a great deal without us having to try to haggle for more. He was knowledgable, transparent and easy to chat with. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. Plus, we absolutely LOVE our new car!!!
