Just bought a new 2021 Crosstrek, and we love it! We went to Kirby Subaru two times, both times dealing with Robert Papandrea. He had us take a test drive and we talked about what our budget was, what model and trim we were looking for and what kind of features and service we could expect. We left to think about it and came back the next week after emailing back and forth with Robert to make a deal. This was our first car purchase, and it was a very smooth and easy process.
